These terms apply when you buy "Hired Down Under — The ChatGPT Playbook" (the "Playbook") from Hired Down Under ("we", "us").

1. What you buy

A personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the online Playbook (guide, prompts, Google Apps Script and future updates) for your own job search. You get access immediately after payment.

2. Personal licence

Please don't share your access link, resell, republish or distribute the Playbook or its prompts. Accounts showing unusual sharing may be disabled.

3. No guarantee of employment

The Playbook is educational material. We don't guarantee you will receive replies, interviews or a job. Results depend on your situation, the season and how you use the Playbook.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the emails you send and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including the Spam Act 2003 (Australia), the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 (New Zealand), privacy laws and the terms of ChatGPT, Gmail and Google. Use the Playbook only to contact businesses at publicly published business addresses, never private individuals. The Playbook is not legal, migration or financial advice — check visa rules at official government sources.

5. Third-party services

The Playbook uses third-party services (OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gmail/Sheets/Apps Script, Stripe). We are not affiliated with them and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, features or changes.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in Australian dollars; your bank may convert the amount. See our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Playbook. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update the Playbook and these terms. The version published on this page applies.

Privacy Policy

We collect as little data as possible.

What we collect

• Your email address — entered before checkout. It is passed to Stripe to process your payment and send your receipt with your access link, and used to confirm your purchase when you open the Playbook.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• An access cookie — a signed cookie that keeps you logged in to the Playbook. No tracking or advertising cookies.
• Technical logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process IP addresses for security and rate limiting.

What stays on your device

The details you type into the Prompt Builder (name, visa, dates, etc.) are saved only in your own browser (localStorage). They are never sent to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, don't send marketing emails without your consent, and don't access your ChatGPT or Gmail accounts. The Google Apps Script runs entirely inside your own Google account.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing us. Stripe keeps payment records as required by law.

Refund Policy

The Playbook is digital content that you can access immediately after payment.

Our policy

Because you get instant access to the full content, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If something doesn't work or isn't as described, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.

How to ask

Email us from the address you used to buy, with a short description. We reply within 3 business days.
